2-8 years with a renowned consulting firm or relevant industry experience
Specific areas of experience/ abilityRequired
Necessary skills to analyze, architect, design and configure Oracle Application solutions according to client needs
Sound industry knowledge and exposure to financial/ HR/ manufacturing process
The ability to execute projects based on requirements, organizational process and guidelines
At least one end-to-end implementation
A strong consultative approach with the ability to question why certain processes are carried out in order to drive a successful implementation
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills as the role is primarily client facing
